Our system automatically acknowledges receipt of your order, but a mere acknowledgment of receipt does not constitute acceptance of your offer to purchase the item(s). Although we endeavor to hold stock of all items on our site this cannot be guaranteed so that by acknowledging receipt of your order we are not creating a binding obligation to supply what you have ordered but which we do not have in stock. In the event of unavailability for whatever reason, we will do our best to advise you of the position when we receive your order and await your subsequent instructions.

Rings can be resized by 1 size up or down. If you require a specific size please contact us.

• To pay by one of the above methods simply place your items in your shopping cart then proceed to checkout and complete the required fields for your order to be processed.
• Thame Jewellery Workshop store has secure 256-bit encryption so rest assured your order will be processed efficiently and securely. 
• Remember to include your correct e-mail address and phone number so that we can contact you if there is a problem processing your card.

Your order will arrive on free next-day delivery after the item has been dispatched with Royal Mail Signed For service. If there is no-one to sign for the item, a card will be left giving you the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect it from your local Royal Mail depot. Orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 working days.

• Customers can cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the items that they ordered.
• Customers must notify us within 14 days of receiving the items. A full refund will be offered immediately. 
• Customers have another 14 days to return the items. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the items back. 
• You the customer must contact us within 5 working days if your parcel has not been received within the allocated shipping time for your destination. If you do not and the parcel is returned to us you, will be required to pay for a second shipping charge at full cost.
